This is a hybrid descendant of the popular strains Romulan and Grapefruit. They combine to create a strong indica (sativa/indica ratio unknown) with both mental and physical effects. CBD contents in Romulan Grapefruit are relatively small, probably less than 2%.

That means this strain shouldn’t be used alone to relieve seizure disorders or other conditions that require CBD treatment. But it can be used effectively as medicine for a wide range of other health problems, such as anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, lack of appetite, nausea, chronic pain, insomnia, and everyday stress.
